Ciera+ Co.

Context

Ciera + Co. is a consulting brand built around scalable offers and long-term client relationships. When I partnered with the founder, the business had strong expertise and demand — but the brand, website, and operational flow weren’t working together.

The opportunity wasn’t just to “refresh” the visuals. It was to design a cohesive brand and system that could attract the right clients, support consistent delivery, and scale without increasing chaos.

My Role

I led brand strategy, creative direction, and operational system design, owning the experience from first touch through client onboarding. This was end-to-end ownership — not just design execution.

The Problem

Despite strong demand, Ciera + Co.’s brand and operations were fragmented. Marketing lived separately from onboarding, content lacked consistency, and internal systems didn’t support scale.

As a result, growth relied heavily on manual effort and context switching, making it difficult to maintain momentum or predict outcomes.

The goal was to turn a collection of disconnected efforts into a cohesive, repeatable system that supported both growth and delivery.
